The 38th episode of the all-new TV anime adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi's popular manga "Urusei Yatsura," "A Stormy Date, Part 2", will be broadcast late on April 25th on Fuji TV's late-night anime slot "Noitamina" and elsewhere.

Mendo and Asuka's date has begun. Lum is busy searching for Ataru, who should be hiding among the black-clad guards of the two. Meanwhile, Ryoko, who was watching the two from a tree, bumps into Tobimaro, who came to watch the date out of concern for Asuka.
``Urusei Yatsura'' is one of the masterpieces of Takahashi, who is also known for `` Maison Ikkoku,'' ``Ranma 1/2,'' and ``Inuyasha.'' Takahashi made her debut with ``Katte na Yatsura'' in 1978, and ``Urusei Yatsura'' was serialized in ``Weekly Shonen Sunday'' (Shogakukan) from 1978 to 1987. The story depicts the daily lives of Ataru Moroboshi, a high school student, and Lum, a demon girl who came to Earth. The TV anime was broadcast on Fuji TV from October 1981 to March 1986.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Shogakukan, which publishes the work, the new anime will be made into a TV anime in four cours, with selected episodes from the original work. Directed by Hideya Takahashi and Yasuhiro Kimura, who worked on `` JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE : Golden Wind,'' and produced by David Production. The first season was broadcast in two cours from October 2022. The second season has been airing since January.
