A hero dressed in a racing suit uses a super machine he has built to fight against the space rogue "Hashiriyan" who attacks various planets. The script was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka, a ``hobby anime master'' who has worked on the `` Pokemon'' series and ``Inazuma Eleven'' series.
