The Japan tournament of the 11th "Gunpla Builders World Cup 11th Tournament" of the "Gunpla Builders World Cup", a contest to determine the world's best plastic model (Gunpla) maker of the anime "Gundam" series, held on November 18th at Gundam Base Tokyo (Koto-ku, Tokyo). In the U-20 course , 19-year-old Kosei's "Valiant" won and was selected to represent Japan.
The winning entry used the Gundam model "HG 1/144 Ξ Gundam" from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash" to create a diorama of the Ξ Gundam's maintenance scene. While looking at the design drawings from the anime, the team expressed the details using plastic sheets and other materials.
