Oshi no Ko: Attendees of the extended screening of episode 1 will receive a special gift of Ai's original "bromide" "cheki" and mini colored paper too

It has been revealed that as a giveaway to attendees of the revival screening of the extended version of the first episode of the first season of the TV anime "Oshi no Ko", Oshi no Ko Mother & Children", a "bromide & random cheki" designed by B-Komachi 's Ai, and a mini colored paper of the characters will be distributed. Character designer Kanna Hirayama has drawn the characters, including Ai.

During the first week of release, from June 7 to 13, a set of Ai's bromide and random polaroid photos (4 types in total) will be distributed. During the second week of release, from June 14 to 20, mini colored paper (6 types in total) featuring main characters Ai, Aqua, Ruby, and others will be distributed.

A stage greeting featuring voice actors including Rie Takahashi, who plays Ai, will be held at Marunouchi Piccadilly (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo) on June 8th. In addition to Takahashi, Yumi Uchiyama, Yurie Igoma, Megumi Han, Tomoyo Takayanagi, and Lynn will also be appearing on stage.

The extended version of the first episode was shown on March 17th last year, prior to its TV broadcast. It will be revived to commemorate the first anniversary of the TV anime broadcast. The Dolby Cinema version will also be shown for the first time in 10 theaters nationwide.

"Oshi no Ko is a popular manga written by Aka Akasaka, who also wrote "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, and illustrated by Yokoyari Mengo, who also wrote "Scum's Wish". It began serialization in Weekly Young Jump in April 2020. It tells the story of a twin Mengo Yokoyari left behind by a genius idol named Ai, who suddenly dies. The younger twin, Ruby, admires her mother and enters the entertainment industry, while the older brother, Aqua, vows to take revenge on their biological father, who is believed to have accomplices in Ai's murder.

The first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2023. The opening theme song for the TV anime, "Idol," by the music group "YOASOBI," was also a big hit, and their performance at the 74th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen was also a hot topic. A live-action adaptation has also been announced, with the drama series to be exclusively distributed worldwide on "Prime Video" in winter 2024, and the movie to be released in theaters by Toei.

The second season of the TV anime will begin airing in July. An advance screening event for the first episode of the second season will be held on June 30th, and new information about the second season will also be announced.
