The revival kit “Best Mecha Collection 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam (REVIVAL Ver.)” (Bandai Spirits) of the original gunpla “1/144 Gundam” from the anime “Mobile Suit Gundam” released in 1980 will be released in October. The product commemorates the 45th anniversary of Gundam model kits, and is said to be a "nostalgic yet new" Gundam model that makes use of the technology cultivated over the past 45 years. The Shizuoka Hobby Show is an exhibition that has been held since 1959 in Shizuoka City, where many model makers' factories are located. This time, it will be held from May 8th to 12th, with the 11th and 12th being open to the public. Advance registration is required for admission.
