Bocchi the Rock! Yoshino Aoyama excited about his first exhibition: "It's amazing!" Attending a preview with Sayumi Suzushiro, Saku Mizuno, and Ikumi Hasegawa

The first exhibition of the anime "Bocchi the Rock!", based on Hamaji Aki's four-frame manga, will be held at Matsuya Ginza (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) from April 17th. Prior to that, a preview was held on April 16th, where Yoshino Aoyama, who plays Hitori Goto from the band "Kessoku Band" in the show, Sayumi Suzushiro, who plays Nijika Ijichi, Saku Mizuno, who plays Ryo Yamada, and Ikumi Hasegawa, who plays Ikuyo Kita, appeared. Aoyama and others talked about the highlights of the exhibition.

The exhibition will feature a recreation of the live music venue "STARRY" and Hitori Goto's (Bocchi's) room, as well as a two-meter tall statue of the approval-seeking monster. Aoyama was excited, saying, "It's amazing!" and Suzuyo said, "It's overflowing with love for the work!" Mizuno said, "I was surprised!" at the display of small items such as the bills that were hanging in Bocchi's room, and Hasegawa said, "My excitement sky rocketed!" at the recreation of STARRY.

The exhibition will be held from April 17th to May 6th from 11am to 8pm. It will also be held at Hakata Hankyu (Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City) from June 13th to July 1st.

"Bocchi the Rock!" is a four-panel manga by Hamaji Aki that has been serialized in "Manga Time Kirara MAX" (Houbunsha) since 2018. The story is about a lonely guitar-loving girl, Hitori Goto, who ends up joining Kessoku Band led by Nijika Ijichi through an unexpected turn of events. The TV anime is directed by Saito Keiichiro and produced by CloverWorks. It aired from October to December 2022.

The first part of the theatrical compilation, "Theatrical Compilation Bocchi the Rock! Re:" will be released on June 7th, and the second part, "Theatrical Compilation Bocchi the Rock! Re:Re:" will be released on August 9th.
