The 10th installment of the popular “PreCure” anime series, “Doki Doki! PreCure” novel will be published by Kodansha Character Bunko in 2024. The novel will be published approximately 10 years after the broadcast ended in January 2014. It was written by Ryota Yamaguchi, who was in charge of series composition, and illustrated by Akira Takahashi, who was in charge of character design.
An illustration drawn by Takahashi was also released. Further information will be announced on the official PreCure 20th anniversary account on X (Twitter) and other sites.
The theme of "DokiDoki! PreCure" is "love" and "the excitement born from love!" A story in which Mana Aida and others transform into Pretty Cure with the help of a fairy who is a messenger of Princess Anne of the Trump Kingdom and fight against Jikochu who is planning to invade Earth. It was broadcast from February 2013 to January 2014.
