It has been revealed that a theatrical version of the popular anime ``Symphogear'' will be produced. It will be produced as part of the same work's new project ``PROJECT SYMPHOGEAR -next-''. The new project also includes plans for a "new music project."
"Symphogear" is an anime based on the original work by music producer Noriyasu Agematsu and game creator Akifumi Kaneko. The story depicts girls wearing special protectors called the Symphogear System to fight against the "noise" that threatens humanity.
The first season aired from January to March 2012, the second "G" from July to September 2013, the third "GX" from July to September 2015, the fourth "AXZ" from July to October 2017, and the fifth "XV" from July to September 2019.
