Yu Yu Hakusho: Kenichi Takito & Go Ayano play the Toguro brothers, Goro Inagaki plays the role of Sakyo Teaser Preview Released

Additional cast members for the live-action drama based on Yoshihiro Togashi's popular manga `` Yu Yu Hakusho'' have been announced. Actors Kenichi Takito and Go Ayano will play the popular characters of the Toguro brothers. The Toguro brothers are formidable enemies who stand in the way of the main character Yusuke Urameshi (Takumi Kitamura) and others, with Takito playing the older brother of the Toguro brothers and Ayano playing the younger brother. A teaser trailer was released on YouTube, showing Toguro's gigantic younger brother carrying his older brother on his shoulders.

Also, Sei Shiraishi plays Keiko Yukimura, Yusuke's childhood friend, Kotone Furukawa plays Botan, a guide who guides Yusuke to the spirit world after his death after an unexpected accident, and Ai MiKami plays Yukina, a monster searching for his estranged brother. Hiroya Shimizu plays a Karasu, a ruler-class monster who blocks Yusuke's path with the Toguro brothers, Keita Machida plays Koenma, the son of Enma the Great, who gives orders to Yusuke who has become a spirit world detective. And Meiko Kaji will play Genkai, who is a mentor to Yusuke and Kazuma Kuwabara (Shuhei Uesugi), and Goro Inagaki will play Sakyo, a mysterious figure who employs the Toguro brothers and controls the underworld.

The live-action drama is planned and produced by Netflix, and directed by Sho Tsukikawa, known for films such as ``I Want to Eat Your Pancreas''. Ryo Sakaguchi, who is the only Japanese recipient of the Academy Award for Science and Technology, will participate as a VFX supervisor. A production team has been assembled for this film that brings together cutting-edge CG and VFX technologies from around the world, including Canada, Australia, and South Korea, including Scanline VFX, which has worked on numerous Hollywood productions. It will be released worldwide on Netflix on December 14th.

"Yu Yu Hakusho" is a popular manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from 1990 to 1994. The story depicts Yusuke Urameshi, who died but was resurrected as a spirit world detective, and fights against monsters with his friends in order to protect peace between the human world and the spirit world. A TV anime was broadcast from 1992 to 1995. The fact that it was adapted into a stage play also became a hot topic.
