Anochan's first solo show "Ano Channel" will be broadcast on TV for the first time in three years

It has been announced that "Ano Channel" (TV Asahi, excluding some regions), the first program starring "Ano-chan" (aka Ano-san), which ended its run in October 2021, will be returning to terrestrial TV this fall for the first time in about three years with a more powerful broadcast. Starting September 30th, it will be broadcast on Mondays from 12:45am to 1:20am.

"Ano Channel" is Ano-chan's first program, which began in October 2020 as part of the late-night variety show "Barabara Daisakusen" as Ano-chan's first show, as he is active not only as a TV personality but also as an artist (under the name ano) and actor. Ano-chan invites popular entertainers as guests and takes on various projects in a "free and relaxed atmosphere" which has been well received.

Since the show ended in October 2021, it has been distributed every other Thursday on TV Asahi's official YouTube channel "Video, Hajimemashita." Up until now, popular series such as "Snack Ano," where Ano-chan talks and sings with famous guests, and "With Ano-chan," where she tries various things with children, as well as projects where she experiences driving and horse racing with her good friend Soshina of the comedy duo "Shimofuri Myojo," have become popular content with a total of over 51 million views.

Regarding her "return to terrestrial TV," Anochan commented, "Ano Channel will be returning as a regular on terrestrial TV from October! Hakushu! Something like this doesn't happen very often. Something that was on terrestrial TV in the past is making a comeback. So, we'll be powering up the popular projects from so far, while also taking on all sorts of new challenges, in a way that is typical of Ano Channel, so look forward to it!"
