Imada Mio reveals her wish to "take a leisurely drive" in Kochi, the location for the drama "Anpan" to be broadcast next year

Actress Mio Imada received the Audi Special Award at the Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 Awards, an award that selects "30 people under 30 who will change the world" by business magazine Forbes JAPAN (Link Ties), and attended the ceremony held in Tokyo on August 26th. When asked where she would like to go by car in honor of the award, Imada, who plays the heroine in the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan" in the first half of 2025, revealed her wish, saying, "There are many places I would like to go by car in Kochi Prefecture, where Asadora is set. I would like to take a leisurely drive."

Imada expressed her joy at receiving the award, saying, "I never thought I would receive such an award, and I feel like I've become a real adult. It makes me really happy to think that I've been able to take part in many different productions and that people are watching them."

Also attending the ceremony were Takahiku Kuruma of the comedy duo "Reiwa Roman," who was also selected for the award, actor Hoshi Moeka, and ski jumper Kobayashi Ryoyu, who received the award's "NORQAIN Special Award."

Other names on this year's Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 include dance and vocal group BE:FIRST and Shigekix, a breakdancer who competed in the Paris Olympics.
