As part of the "Gundam Manhole Project," a project based on the popular anime series "Gundam," it has been revealed that a "Gundam Manhole" will be installed in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture on August 7th.

"RX-78-2 Gundam and Koshihikari Rural Scene," featuring Minamiuonuma-grown koshihikari rice and Gundam, will be installed at Minamiuonuma Yukiakari Roadside Station, while "YMS-15 Gyan and Hakkaisan," featuring Hakkaisan and Gyan, will be installed in front of the return box at Minamiuonuma City Library.
The "Gundam Manhole Project" is an initiative to install manhole covers designed with characters and mobile suits from the "Gundam" series in various locations across the country.
