People's memories are revived, and the information that Kemi is a frightening being that turns humans into monsters spreads. The city falls into a state of panic as people fear Kemi and Malgam, and those who want to get Kemi and use her for their own purposes fill the city.
In front of Houtaro (played by Junsei Motojima), the golem Gorilla Goriki appears and transforms into Malgam. The alchemists are accused of being the masterminds behind the whole affair. Worried that the world will fall into chaos if things continue as they are, Supana (played by Yasunari Fujibayashi) makes a decision and takes action.
