The terror of the monster that suddenly appeared in postwar Japan, a place tormented by regret and helplessness, is recreated with the skill of a master craftsman. A storm of destruction rages through Ginza, and the figures of both the vandals and those who are vandalized are depicted with rich contrast. Godzilla, based on the key visuals of the film, is meticulously recreated with a variety of painting techniques, including the captivating eyes, body surface, and robust muscles. The mouth and dorsal fin are equipped with a gimmick that emits a pale blue light with LEDs.
It also conveys the realism of Godzilla's attacks through images of collapsing buildings, abandoned streetcars and cars, and people fleeing with his giant legs behind them.
Reservations will be accepted from 11:00 am on July 26th on Bandai Namco Group's official shopping site, Premium Bandai. Shipment is scheduled for December 2025.
