Norio (Yukinori Okada), Mira's (Miu Suzuki) ex-boyfriend, is somehow working with Hashiriyan. Norio's "Wonderful revenge play" begins in order to get his beloved Mira back from Boonboomger.
"Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger" is the 48th work in the Super Sentai series, which is based on cars that are very popular among children. Heroes dressed in racing suits fight against "Hashiriyan", space thugs who attack various planets, in super machines. The script was written by Atsuhiro Tomioka, a "master of hobby anime" who has worked on the "Pokemon" series and the "Inazuma Eleven" series.
