The visual for the newly drawn jacket for the final 7th volume of the Blu-ray Disc (BD) and DVD of the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," based on the manga currently being serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan), has been released. The visual resembles the last scene of the 28th and final episode, "It Would Be Embarrassing When We Met Again", and features Frieren, Fern, and Stark. The final 7th volume will be released on July 17th.
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is a manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, which began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" in April 2020. Frieren, a wizard in the group of heroes who defeated the Demon King and who has a long life span because she is an elf, experiences the death of her friends and travels to “get to know people”.
The anime was directed by Keiichiro Saito, known for "Bocchi the Rock!", and produced by Madhouse. It aired from September 2023 to March 2024.
