In addition to action scene cuts featuring Deku (Izuku Midoriya), Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki, cuts of professional heroes such as Endeavor, Hawks, Best Jeanist, and Mt. Lady were also released.

The latest work is the first animated film in about three years since the third animated film "My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission" released in 2021. It is set in the same timeline as the seventh season of the TV anime, and a major incident that will shake the world occurs just before the final battle between Deku and his fellow heroes and the villains. Kenta Miyake, who plays the hero All Might, will play the dual role of Dark Might.

"My Hero Academia" began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in July 2014. Set in a world where about 80% of the population has supernatural powers and quirks, the story follows Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, as he strives to become the greatest hero. The comics have sold over 100 million copies worldwide.

The seventh season of the TV anime is currently being broadcast on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV every Saturday at 5:30 pm.
