It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime "Goddess Cafe Terrace," based on the romantic comedy manga by manga artist Koji Seo, known for works such as "A Town Where You Live" and "Fuuka," will be broadcast on the late-night anime slot "Super Animeism TURBO" on MBS and TBS from July 4th. The key visual for the "Family ver." has also been released, featuring characters from "Family," a cafe restaurant that is a rival to "Familia," the cafe where the main characters work.

The cast of the "Family" store staff was also announced, with Mao Takasaki playing Rie Takahashi Maio, Ririka Chiyoda playing Ayana Taketatsu Ririka, Ueda Reina playing Reina Ueda Moemi Soya, Kana Hanazawa Kana playing Hekiru Yoshino, and Yu Serizawa playing Valentina Azuma.

"Goddess Cafe Terrace" is based on a manga that has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) since February 2021. It is a romantic comedy about Hayato Kasukabe, a brilliant student who passed the entrance exam to Tokyo University, who returns to his family's old cafe terrace in a seaside town for the first time in three years after hearing the news of his grandmother's death, and ends up living together with five unknown women who call themselves "Grandma's family." Azumi Waki, Aya Yamane, Sayumi Suzushiro, Asami Seto, and Ruriko Aoki play the five heroines. The first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2023.
