Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Universal Studios Japan introduces new attractions "Swordsmith Village Arc" and "Hashira Training Arc" - Run through the swordsmith village and challenge the Hashira training

It has been announced that Universal Studios Japan (USJ, Konohana Ward, Osaka City) will be introducing attractions based on the anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" called "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba XR Ride - Rush through the Swordsmith Village" and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc x Hollywood Dream The Ride." The attractions are based on the "Swordsmith Village Arc" and "Hashira Training Arc," and will be open for a limited time only from July 19th to January 5th, 2025. The currently operating "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba XR Ride - Mugen Train - Running Dreams" will be in operation until June 9th.

In the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba XR Ride - Rush through the Swordsmith Village", participants will ride through the village of the swordsmith, which has been attacked by demons, to deliver a new sword to Sumijiro, while experiencing the feeling of speed, gravity and wind that only a coaster can provide in the 360 degree world of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" through VR technology. Muichiro Tokito, Mitsuri Kanroji and Sumijiro, along with the demons, Gyokko and Hantengu, of the Jangen, which are approaching before them. The challenge is to challenge the Sangen Oni, and that are approaching before your eyes. You can enjoy breathing, Kekkijutsu and more.

"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc x Hollywood Dream The Ride" will challenge the Hashira training with Sanemi Shinazugawa, Obanai Iguro, and Gyomei Himejima. It will be a coaster that offers an exhilarating feeling and thrill as it soars through the sky above the park.

"Tanjiro's Gourd Popcorn Bucket", inspired by the gourd that Tanjiro used to master "Total Concentration - Constant" at Butterfly Mansion, will also be on sale from July 18th. The popcorn will be flavored with mitarashi, a favorite of Hotaru Haganezuka. A new collaborative restaurant will open at New York-area restaurant "SAIDO", offering original food and drinks inspired by the "Swordsmith Village Arc".
