Go! Go! Loser Ranger!: Tatsuya Kitani performs the opening theme Starts April 7th

It has been announced that the TV anime "Go! Go! Loser Ranger!", based on Negi Haruba's manga, will be broadcast every Sunday at 4:30 pm starting April 7th on the TBS network nationwide. It was also announced that singer-songwriter Tatsuya Kitani will be in charge of the opening theme. The title is "Jikai Yokoku"(Next Preview). The second PV was released and the opening theme was unveiled.

This broadcast slot is the station's new anime slot that was established in October 2023, and is currently broadcasting "The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse." All episodes of "Go! Go! Loser Ranger!" will also be distributed exclusively worldwide on the video distribution service ``Disney+''.

Kitani says, "As you get older, I feel that your vision for the future becomes more and more predictable. This is a song I wrote because I want to somehow affirm the fact that even in such a situation, I'm slowly going off the rails and struggling shamelessly."

“Go! Go! Loser Ranger!” began serialization in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” (Kodansha) in February 2021. A unique anti-hero manga in which Footsoldier D, a fringe combatant of an evil monster corps, fights against Ryujin Sentai Dragon Keeper who was thought to be an ally of justice. The Dragon Keepers, who stop the invasion of monsters, are looked upon with envy by all mankind, but in reality, it is a farce in which the monsters are bound to lose. Footsoldier D stands up to destroy the "Demonstration Super Sentai" who can do whatever they want.

The anime will be directed by Keiichi Sato, who is known for works such as ``TIGER & BUNNY'' and ``Inuyashiki'' and has also participated in the Super Sentai series. The series will be composed by Keiichiro Oochi, who is known for `` The Quintessential Quintuplets'' and will be produced by Yostar Pictures.
