A cut of the 21st episode "The World of Magic" of the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" has been released. The first stage of the first-class mage exam is nearing its final stage, and mages engage in an exciting battle. The cut depicts Denken, fighting Frieren, and new characters.

Episode 21 will be broadcast on Nippon Television's anime slot "FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT" on February 2nd at 11:50 p.m.

During the first exam of the first-class mage exam, Frieren and others lose Stille to Denken's party. Kanne and Lawine struggle against Richter who has an overwhelming difference in magical power. Frieren was thinking of a plan during the battle with Denken. The time limit for the first exam is nearing sunset. Who will be the mage who will advance to the second exam?

"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is a manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe Abe, which began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" in April 2020. Frieren, a magician in the hero's party who defeated the Demon King, is an elf and has a long lifespan, but after experiencing the death of a companion, she sets out on a journey to "get to know people." The anime will be directed by Keiichiro Saito, who has worked on "Bocchi the Rock!" and other works, and produced by Madhouse.

Atsumi Tanezaki will play the main character, Frieren, and voice actors including Kana Ichinose and Chiaki Kobayashi will also appear.
