The drama series `` Nursing Aide At Your Side'' (Nippon TV, Wednesdays at 10 p.m.) starring actor Rina Kawaei will begin on January 10th. Hospital entertainment based on the novel of the same name by physician and author Mikito Chinen (Kadokawa Bunko). Kawaei will play Mio Sakuraba, a new medical geek who is unable to practice medicine but works closely with hospitalized patients.

This drama depicts a nurse aide assigned to the surgery department of a university hospital who believes that "a nurse aide's job is to be closer to patients than anyone else," and how she faces patients beyond her "main job" of assisting and making beds, while clashing with doctors and nurses.
The script will be written by Okura. Mahiro Takasugi plays Taiga Ryuzaki, an eccentric and handsome genius surgeon who builds a relationship of trust with Mio even though he clashes with her.
