Kimi ni Todoke: The third season of the anime sequel after 13 years Miyuki Sawashiro, Yuko Sanpei, Yuichi Nakamura, Mamoru Miyano, Yuki Ono, Aya Hirano continue to appear

The voice actors for the third season ``3RD SEASON'', which is a sequel to the second season ``2ND SEASON'' of the anime ``Kimi ni Todoke'', which is based on Karuho Shiina's popular manga, have been announced. Miyuki Sawashiro plays the role of Ayane Yano, Yuko Sanpei plays the role of Chizuru Yoshida, Yuichi Nakamura plays the role of Ryu Sanada, Mamoru Miyano plays the role of Kento Miura, Yuki Ono plays the role of Kazuichi Arai, and Aya Hirano plays the role of Ume Kurumizawa will continue to play.

It has been announced that Mamiko Noto Sawako Kuronuma and Daisuke Namikawa Shota Kazehaya respectively, in this sequel, the first in 13 years since the second season aired from January to March 2011. It has also been announced that Kenichi Matsuzawa will be the director, Tomoko Konparu will be the series composer, and SENS Project will be in charge of the music.

"Kimi ni Todoke" is a manga that was serialized in "Bessatsu Margaret" (Shueisha) from 2005 to 2017. The story follows Sawako Kuronuma, nicknamed "Sadako" for her gloomy appearance with her long black hair and pale skin, as she opens up through friendship and romance with popular Shota Kazehaya and her friends. The total circulation of the 30 volumes of the manga is over 36 million copies.

The first season of the TV anime was aired from October 2009 to March 2010, the second season from January to March 2011. It also became a hot topic when a live-action movie starring Mikako Tabe and Haruma Miura was released in September 2010. The third season will be released on Netflix in 2024.
