Frieren: Beyond Journey's End: Bonus visual newly drawn by Tsukasa Abe released

The visual for the mini colored paper that will be a limited edition bonus for the first production run of the Blu-ray Disc (BD) and DVD of the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" has been released. The mini colored paper was drawn by Tsukasa Abe, who is in charge of the illustrations of the original work, and will be included in each of the seven volumes. The design of the first volume is Frieren, the second volume is Fern, the third volume is Stark, the fourth volume is Zain, the fifth volume is Eisen, the sixth volume is Heiter, and the seventh volume is Himmel. The first volume will be released on January 24, 2024.

`` Frieren: Beyond Journey's End'' is a manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, and began serialization in ``Weekly Shonen Sunday'' (Shogakukan) in April 2020. Frieren, a magician of the heroic party who defeated the Demon King and who has a long lifespan because he is an elf, experiences the death of a friend and decides to travel to "get to know people."

The anime will be directed by Keiichiro Saito, known for "Bocchi the Rock!", with music by Evan Cole, known for the NHK taiga drama "The 13 Lords of the Shogun" and produced by Madhouse.

In addition to Atsumi Tanezaki playing the main character, Frieren, Kana Ichinose and Chiaki Kobayashi will also appear as voice actors. The music unit "YOASOBI" will be in charge of the opening theme "Yuusha" and milet will be in charge of the ending theme "Anytime Anywhere", and the gathering of a luxurious staff and cast has also been a hot topic.
