It has been revealed that "Suicide Squad ISEKAI", an anime adaptation of DC Comics' "Suicide Squad" by Japanese staff, will be broadcast and distributed in 2024. An anime in which villains such as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface, and King Shark are sent to another world. Anna Nagase will play Harley Quinn, Yuichiro Umehara will play the Joker, Reigo Yamaguchi will play Deadshot, Takehito Koyasu will play Peacemaker, Jun Fukuyama will play Clayface, and Subaru Kimura will play King Shark.
Eri Osada is the director, Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara are in charge of the series composition and screenplay, and Akira Amano is in charge of the original character design. WIT STUDIO will produce the animation. It was also announced that Tomoyasu Hotei will be in charge of the opening theme, "Another World."
