The sixth episode of the TV anime "MF Ghost," based on the "successor" to Shuichi Shigeno 's popular car manga "Initial D," titled "The Unfortunate Rallyist," will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels late at night on November 5th.
The ``later career'' of Takumi Fujiwara, the main character of ``Initial D'', is discussed. Natsumi Katagiri (Kanata Rivington) graduated from a British racing school, and his mentor was Takumi Fujiwara, the ``unlucky rallyist'' . After passing through the foggy death area and moving up to 11th place, Kanata chooses to use a slipstream to get behind the ``Yajikita brother and sister'', Lotus and Alfa Romeo, and try to run through them with a three-stage rocket. "MF Ghost" began serialization in "Weekly Young Magazine" (Kodansha) in 2017. Set in Japan in the year 202X, where self-driving cars have become widespread, the MFG car races on public roads are gaining popularity around the world. Kanata Katagiri Kanata Rivington a graduate of a racing school in the UK, returns to Japan to fulfill a certain goal.
The anime will be directed by Tomohito Naka, who has worked on the ``New Initial D the Movie'' series, and will be produced by Felix Film. Naoyuki Onda, who also worked on ``Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash,'' will be in charge of character design.
