Zhuge Liang, a hero of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and a genius tactician, is reincarnated in modern Japan and lands in Shibuya at night, which is crowded with people on Halloween. A musical youth comedy about Eiko Tsukimi, who aspires to become a singer, and is moved by her songs and decides to support Eiko by becoming her manager.
