The official book "THE BOOK OF COWBOY BEBOP" (Bandai Namco Film Works) commemorating the 25th anniversary of the broadcast of the anime "Cowboy Bebop" will be released on March 15, 2024. The price is 12,100 yen.

It consists of two A4-sized books, one in color and one in black and white, and the three-sided box was designed by graphic designer Toshiaki Uesugi (Mach 55). The box features the Swordfish II, the high-speed fighter plane piloted by the main character Spike, as well as the signatures of director Shinichiro Watanabe, producer Masahiko Minami, character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto, mechanical designer Kimitoshi Yamane, and composer Yoko Kanno.

The color booklet includes characters from "Cowboy Bebop" and "COWBOY BEBOP Heaven's Door", mechanical setting pictures, art settings, monitor screen settings, copyright illustrations, a conversation between director Watanabe and Mr. Minami, and a conversation between Mr. Kawamoto and Mr. Yamane. , an interview with Mr. Kanno, and part of the storyboards for the opening, ending, etc. will be posted. The monochrome booklet consists of line drawings of characters and mecha settings. For the front and back covers, Mr. Kawamoto drew Spike, Faye, Jet, Ed, and Ein, and Mr. Uesugi did the background design.
