The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse: Season 2 of the TV anime will start on October 6th

It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime "The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse," based on the "legitimate sequel" to the popular manga "The Seven Deadly Sins" by Nakaba Suzuki, "Four Knights of the Apocalypse," will be broadcast on 28 TBS affiliated stations nationwide from October 6th at 4:30 pm every Sunday. Following the first season that aired from October 2023 to March 2024, it will be broadcast in the same anime slot.

A teaser visual for the second season was also released. It shows Percival and Tristan, Four Knights of the Apocalypse, joining forces to face off against Arthur, the King of Chaos.

“Four Knights of the Apocalypse” will begin serialization in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” (Kodansha) in January 2021. The story is about Percival, a boy who lives with his grandfather in a remote area called "The Finger of the Gods," and an encounter with a mysterious knight leads him to embark on a journey. "The Seven Deadly Sins" is a popular manga that was serialized in the same magazine from 2012 to 2020. The story depicts the battle between the Seven Deadly Sins, the legendary rebels who once plotted to overthrow the kingdom.

The anime will be directed by Maki Kodaira who has worked on "Pokemon" and other films, and will be produced by Telecom Animation Films, who have also worked on "Lupin the Third."
