A new visual for the anime adaptation has been released, depicting Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki, and Fuu Hououji, who have been summoned as magic knights. The visual shows the three girls looking out over the fantastical parallel world of Cephiro, each holding a sword as their weapon. A promotional video for the new anime adaptation, featuring color illustrations from the original manga and footage from the TV anime "Magic Knight Rayearth" that aired about 30 years ago, has also been released on YouTube.

The CLAMP exhibition, which will be held from July 3rd at the National Art Center, Tokyo (Minato Ward, Tokyo), will feature promotional videos announcing the new anime adaptation and posters using visuals from the new anime adaptation.
