It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime "WIND BREAKER", based on the popular yankee manga by Satoru Nii currently being serialized on Kodansha's web manga service "Magapoke", titled "WIND BREAKER Season 2", will be produced and aired in 2025. The 13th episode, the final episode of the first season, was aired on the MBS/TBS late-night anime slot "Super Animeism TURBO" on June 27th, and the production of the second season was announced.
"WIND BREAKER" began serialization on Magapoke in January 2021. It follows Haruka Sakura, who enrolls in Fuurin High School, a school notorious for being an extremely delinquent school, as she becomes a member of the group Bofurin, which protects the town, and their fight.
The first season of the TV anime began airing in April, with the final episode airing on June 27th.
