"Shinkalion: Change the World" will be produced by Signal MD, which is responsible for "Platinum End," and Production IG, which is responsible for the "Ghost in the Shell" series. Following the previous series, SMDE will handle the CG animation. In "Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion" and "Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z," the main characters were elementary school students, but in the new work, three middle school boys will be the main characters. The Shinkalion, which the main character Taisei Onari and others ride, is combined with a reinforced armed vehicle modeled after an actual work vehicle. This is the first time in the series that Shinkalion is combined with a vehicle.
