Detective Conan: 30th Anniversary Exhibition  Conan and Shinichi's initial setting materials released for the first time

A special exhibition commemorating the 30th anniversary of the serialization of Gosho Aoyama's popular manga "Detective Conan" currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" "30th Anniversary Detective Conan Exhibition" will be held from January 12th at Sunshine City Exhibition Hall A (Toshima Ward, Tokyo). Prior to the opening, a preview was held on January 11th to unveil the exhibits. Valuable materials will be exhibited for the first time, including initial setting materials for Conan Edogawa and Shinichi Kudo, which have never been shown in the 30 years of the series.

Consists of "Chapter 1 CONAN's Words" focuses on famous sayings, "Chapter 2 CONAN's Love" looks back on various types of "love" that go beyond romance, "Chapter 3 CONAN's Mystery" focuses on mystery-themed codes and dying messages, "Chapter 4 CONAN's HANNIN" which focuses on the criminals, "Chapter 5 CONAN's Justice" which approaches the beliefs of the characters, "Chapter 6 CONAN's Magic" which introduces the activities of Kaito Kid, and "Final Chapter: Professor Gosho Aoyama Special Exhibition Room" which displays his initial settings and other valuable materials.

In the "Chapter 4 CONAN's HANNIN" area, there will be a ``Big Gathering of Criminals'' panel displaying the criminals that have appeared so far all over the wall. Each corner introduces little-known trivia such as ``ranking of murder weapons used,'' ``number of anesthetic needles that have appeared so far,'' and ``number of people knocked unconscious by orchids.''

In addition to autographed illustrations from voice actors such as Takayama Minami, who plays Conan in the anime, illustrations from a number of famous artists including Rumiko Takahashi, Mitsuru Adachi, and Eiichiro Oda will also be on display.

The exhibition will be held from January 12th to February 25th at Ikebukuro Sunshine City Exhibition Hall A. After that, it is scheduled to tour Fukuoka, Sapporo, Sendai, Osaka, Hiroshima, Yokohama, and Nagoya.
