Universal Studios Japan (USJ, Konohana Ward, Osaka City) will be introducing new attractions based on the anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba XR Ride ~Dash through the Swordsmith Village~" and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc x Hollywood Dream - The Ride" from July 19th. The attractions were previewed on the 18th. A "super realistic" object of Hotaru Haganezuka, the swordsmith who made Kamado Tanjiro's Nichirin sword, has appeared in the "Space Fantasy Station" shop next to the entrance to "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba XR Ride ~Dash through the Swordsmith Village ~."

"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba XR Ride - Dash through the Swordsmith Village" is an attraction based on the "Swordsmith Village Arc," where participants run through a swordsmith village attacked by demons to deliver a new sword to Tanjiro. In the world of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" that spreads 360 degrees with VR technology, you will experience the speed, gravity, and wind that only a roller coaster can provide, and challenge the Upper Rank demons Gyokko and Hantengu who are approaching right before your eyes together with Muichiro Tokito, Mitsuri Kanroji, and others. You can enjoy breathing techniques, Kekkijutsu, and more.
Hotaru Haganezuka is a character who played an important role in the "Swordsmith Village Arc," and the object realistically recreates the back view of Tanjiro as he diligently sharpens his sword.
"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc x Hollywood Dream The Ride" is an attraction based on the TV anime "Hashira Training Arc". You will challenge pillar training with Sanemi Shinazugawa, Obanai Iguro, and Gyomei Himejima. It will be a coaster that offers an exhilarating feeling and thrill as you soar through the skies above the park.
"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" themed restaurant, Swordsmith Village Hyottokotei, will also open on July 19. The restaurant will display a Karakuri doll, Yoriichi Zeroshiki.
